I have been trying to resolve an issue with a company called Debt Shield for over a year now. The debt shield service appeared on my Citifinancial billing statement I have called several times to inform Debt Shield as well as Citifinancial that I did not authorize this service.in addition to that I have filed a case with the FTC due to my being charged fraudently for this service. I have spoken with debt shield several times and am now in the process of sending them a letter certified/return receipt. I would like to know if anyone else out there have been charged for this service with Debt Shield if you have been charged for this service without your consent please let me know how you resolved this. Also if anyone knows about this service and can give me any pointers let me know.
