And Gulf Coast Service Center ripoff unprofessional, unskilled

I needed my microwave repaired. Called American Shield May 23 to report microwave problem. They sent Gulf Coast Service Center. It is now July 11 and microwave is still not repaired. American Shield said do not say anything to Gulf Coast Service Center, because if you make them mad they may delay your repairs. American Shield is a joke. I warn anyone who will listen do not do business with American Shield. Go with another company even if you have to pay more. At lease you can get repairs made on your appliances.
