I was always making my cell phone payments on the internet myself. On February 1, they charged my card without my authorization, since then I am trying to get that money back to the card. They have been passing me around 3 weeks now. They say they will get the money back to card, but there is nothing going on. I am sick and tired of talking on the phone with these guys.
They are so precise and insisting on getting the bill paid (like they call your cell phone constantly, send you letters, but they are not willing to show same dilligence when they need to pay you back.
