Dear metro, my name is mahnaz syed nd im with metro since last 3 yrs, i hv two issues i bought a new cell frm ur co-operate branch at lake worth, w.P. B fl, few months i go, since frm the binging its given me trouble, i went bk to the office they said there nothing we can do, i told them i do not want refund, just want to get another one, even if i hv to give more money i will get another set this set is not working fine but they still refuse,?
My second problem is i got a metro reward card 50&, its tracking # is 454979566, i hv never used that card, nd now when i tried to use it, its says i hv only 23& left in the card nd u guys are charging me 3& fee every month because i didnt use it, that like a punishment to me but why u guys do that, thats my money i can ues it whenever i want, all the different cell ph companies do not hv this practice, why u are applying this to ur customers, its totally un fair.
