Just like all the other complaints on this company telemarketers were calling my cell phone constantly. Because I use my cell phone for work, I got tired of the calls and finally said yes to the free gas card and asked for the phone number to cancel. They gave me the number. My credit card was charged 9.95 intially and went up to 49.95 every month after, that has been 10 months ago. I called and cancelled after receiving the application in the mail for free gas, which was unfortunately for me about 5-6months ago. I had no idea they had been charging my account 49.95 all that time nor did I realize they are continuing to this day. I plan to seek legal action at this point. I just hate that I didn't notice sooner. I just want people to know that you should check your credit card statements carefully and contact your credit card immediately if you do not recognize a charge.
