Eturned patches in nov 04. Called dec9-04 told refund issued that day. Called 12-30 told ck was lost will reissue. Asked why they wud not credit credit card as in original purchase told having problems with cc/refund would go ahead with credit thru card. Called 1-13 told wud take 30 days from 12-8 inquiry. Called 2-1 kristen told me 7 to 10 days more. Called 2-10 josh told me credit within 15 days. Gave bogus email for me to contact him at if i did not get refund. Called again 2-17 told had to wait 30 days. Still waiting...
