I ordered from company several months ago. I did the 1 month order first. Then three months order. Well i did start to lose weight. Then i started having trouble with the patches staying on. I called them they immediately sent me a reorder for three months. I sent the others back. Then after month and half i still could not get them to stay on so in july this year called for refund on product because i could not get the product to stay on. I was not losing weight at all. They where nice and said they would get the refund out to me. Then several weeks went by no refund.
Called spoke with customer service the assured it had been put in that it was sent out first aug 7 04 that it would take 15 days for refund. Called back almost 2 weeks after that they said if not in bank by tuesday call back. This was first of sept. Called back today sept 23 04 spoke with customer service. They said it posted in my account on sept 20th well called bank and looked up on internet nothing showing at all. Called back to speak with customer service they keep referring me to email there credit department. That they do not take phone calls email only. That even they have to email them. Still unable to speak to supervisor. I still have heard from them.
What do I need to do to get refund back. And who to a report them to on a local level. I told her she better note it on my account that i will be calling everyday and will be looking into what i need to do.
