Owes me $70.00 from a reimbursement of patches never received. Rip-off! Tinayan

I am trying to get a refund of $79.97 for 3 months and never received. I cancelled my order of $169.95. They only refund me $79.97 of the order from August 5 in the month of September. I am still waiting for the rest of my money.
Sent 3 emails to [email protected], the reference number they gave me is 265117 and never received.
