I ordered a rug on 12/16. I received an order receipt by email notifying me that they had received my order, my order number and that my order would be displayed at trendyrugs.com on my credit card. Also I was to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
I was notified on 12/28/10 that my order had shipped, UPS Residential. I emailed them requesting a tracking number and did not get a response.
I waited the full 6 weeks and got nothing. I emailed both therugsfactory.com and trendyrugs.com and have not had any response.
I contacted my credit card company to start the recapture process and noticed that there was a phone number listed on my bill. I called that number and got a recording saying that no voicemail had been set up on the number.
I had checked for complaints about these companies before I ordered and found nothing. After searching further I have found 2 reviews that have had the same problems that I have.
