I ordered 2 shirts on 9/7/11. On 9/19/11 I emailed customer service to check on status since I had not received any. They emailed back saying 1 shirt had been backordered and that it just shipped. I received only 1 shirt on 9/21/11 vice the 2 I ordered.
I emailed customer service again on 9/22/11 asking where the other shirt was. I received no response so I emailed them again on 9/23/11. Again I did not receive a response so I emailed again on 9/24/11 asking for a refund for the shirt I did not receive and the shipping associated with it. Once again I received no response so I emailed them again on 9/26/11 asking for the refund since 3 weeks had gone by with no status so I no longer needed the shirt since it was a gift for someone.
On 9/29/11, I opened a paypal dispute for the charges since I used that website to pay for the items. Only then did the company respond (to paypal) and they said they had shipped out my missing shirt even after reading my emails to cancel and refund my order. I emailed them back on 9/29/11 stating that I did not want the shirt, wanted to cancel the order, not to send it and to refund my money. They sent it anyways. I have not yet opened the package because I do not want the item. I would like to "return to sender" and have my money refunded. I have tried to call them but all I receive is a busy signal on their phone line. They do not respond to my emails.
