We placed an order on 12/12/10. Charge went through checking account on 12/15/10. Item never received. Emailed company on 12/23/10 after order no longer showing on their website. Emailed again on 12/2

We placed an order on 12/12/10. My debit charge went through on 12/15/10. We received a order confirmation email initially and our order showed on their webpage.

Emailed company on 12/23/10 after item not received and our order was no longer showing on the website. No response

Emailed company again on 12/28/10, this time through their live chat link. No response

Emailed again on 12/30/10 after no response. Now filing a comlaint with Ripoff and the Better Business Bureau.

Do not order from this company!!!
