Took payment but did not send product

I ordered the Carol Burnett Show DVD Collection for my dad's birthday. I placed the order on Nov 6. His birthday was on Dec 2, which should have been plenty of time. The cost was $69.99. TheDVDPlanet.org promises delivery within 2-3 weeks.

I waited until Nov 28 to contact them to let them know that the order had not arrived. I received a response back from "Brian Lawson" stating that the shipment was lost because my order had been lost "due to a problem with their database." He stated that they were mailing a replacement out by first class mail and that there would be no tracking number. He promised the shipment would arrive no later than Dec 8.

I still have not received my order, and today is Dec 17! I have emailed The DVDPlanet.org and I have asked for a phone number. They responded that customer service is only done over the internet.

I have emailed then many times since, and I have asked for my money back, but they have refused to respond to any of my emails. They have ripped me off for $69.99. I have again emailed them letting them know that I would be filing complaints against them, but still NO RESPONSE!
