I placed an order for ink cartridges via the company's website on October 10. I received an email confirmation for the order on the same day. There was no indication of when my order would be shipped. I waited several weeks, but never received my ink. I emailed the company to inquire about the status of my order. My account said it was on "back order." I waited a few more weeks, but I still heard nothing from the company, nor did I receive anything in the mail. I called the company several times, but the number was no longer in service. I also emailed the company at least twice more, but still received no response.
I was charged a total of $19.79 on my credit card for a product I never received. I do not appreciate being left in limbo like this. I will be reporting 4 Ink and More to as many business bureaus as possible, and will be warning all my friends not to do business with 4 Ink and More. They take your money and leave you with nothing in return.
