I tried several time to contact this company (Rick Touchstone) throught emails to cancel an order that was backordered.
After a week or so of no reply, I contacted him by phone from California.
He was not there, so I left a message.
He called me a few days later at 5:50 AM and left a message on my machine.
Of course, I had to return his call again. When I spoke with him, he claimed he did not receive any emails from me. Funny, he got my order OK. I told him I was refusing delivery on this item.
He said he could not stop FedX in mid stream.
He also said he was going to credit my card ASAP. But never did.
FedX delivered the package when I was not at home, so I could not refuse delivery as planned.
So knowing I would be hassled by him regarding this order, I have accepted it. He also stated that he would take off $20 if I decided to keep it. Well that never occurred either.
