I order something from them and did received any emails with the shipping notification. After 2 weeks of waiting I emailed them regarding my order and received an automated reply back, saying it had been turn over the consideration department. The next day I called and was able to talk to someone and I was told the item was on back order. It might ship out next week, he was not sure. I cancelled the order since I needed the item for the school carnival that weekend. He told me would receive a confirmation email within 48 hours for cancelling the order. Four days later I still have no email for cancelling the order. I have been calling everyday and NO ANSWER. I left a message one day and NO REPLY. If you let it ring and ring the phone disconnects. My next step is to dispute the charges with VISA. I have ordered items from the internet and have NEVER had this happen to me. I was even stupid enough to order even after I read the other reports about mypopcornmachine because they had the best shipping prices. Do not order from them.
