Incredible. FedEx is supposed to deliver me a package at my home in Arlington, Virginia. For no reason, they delivered it to the Pentagon. Yes, the Pentagon. Multiple phone calls, and I am still waiting. It has been a couple of days.
It is not the first time FedEx has messed up with me. Several years ago they tried to charge me a duty fee of $300 when I bought an $80 item overseas. That one is another story in itself. Nothing but incompetent people at FedEx, from customer service to drivers. I am still waiting on this package. I have never had a problem with UPS, DHL, or even the US Postal Service. Only FedEx has given me problems. They should be put out of business.
