I bought a Living Social deal for a Foldable Travel Hammock back in July. I redeemed the voucher and Cautivadora charged me $16.56 for shipping. Two months later, the Living Social deal was cancelled (my money was refunded), but Cautivadora never refunded my shipping charge. I have tried multiple times to contact the company through it's online site, online chat, email, and telephone number. Their telephone number is no longer in service and I have NEVER received a reply to any of my contacts. I tried to go through the BBB and the company never responded to them, so that was pointless.
This company is a rip-off site. I would never buy another item from them... You will be charged for it, never see the product, then never hear a word from them. The site should be shut down.
