I picked up my prescription from Walgreens to get ready for my CT scan, when I got home I opened both of them up, while my insurance company had paid for the Prednisone they didn't pay for the second script. I called Medco to ask why, was informed that it was an over the counter medication and not covered. I went back to Walgreens to ask for my money back, I was charged $11.99 for one benadrly pill, I picked up a box of the exact same pill from there store and paid less than $4.00 for 24 pills. The clerk was extremely rude, told me I should have checked the prescription before I left the store, the manager did give me my money back but the clerk kept on running his mouth. I finally told him and the manager that they should have informed me that it was an over the counter pill so that I could have made the choice to say no, they don't care about their customers just making a huge profit. I am disgusted and will never use them again for anything and will inform my friends and family of the treatment I received.
