Poor customer service policy

I purchased a Boot Camp Living Social deal in August. I contacted the buyer in early January so I can start the year of right using my Boot Camp exercise voucher from Living Social. The voucher expiration date is March 2 so I am well with in the timeframe to use it. The first time I contacted the provider to begin using my voucher the line was busy. The second time I called the provider the phone rang and rang and rang - no response. The third time I called the provider again, no response. So I emailed Living Social Customer Service. They took 2 days to acknowledge my email and their response was, "we will research and reply back to you." After not hearing from them for 1 week I followed-up. Finally they responded stating that the provider was having telephone issues and now they are available for me to contact them to schedule my sessions.

I just called today (1/24) - again, no one picked up the phone and there is no voicemail box to leave a message. I emailed Living Social again, and requested a refund - their response, "Please see our refund policy. No refunds provided after 5 days of purchase." Suffice it to say; Living Social gets a negative rating from me!
