This company does nothing to protect their consumers?

I bought a voucher for a massage "deal." When I tried to book the massage online, all the dates were blocked out until the day after the deal expired. I tried to call the massage company upwards of 10 times and they never called back. Then, the massage company posted on their website that if you were unable to redeem the "deal" before the expiration date, you could pay an additional $29 and still get a massage. That is $9 more than the voucher cost in the first place. When I complained to Living Social I was redirected to a site that made it look like there were lots of appts available. However, when I tried to book the appt throught the link Living Social sent me, it did not work. I called Living Social back and received an email basically saying there was nothing they would do to make it right. I hate them now!!!
