I ordered flowers for my mother in law and there was no "review" button or "confirm and pay"so after giving payment info I saw that the flowers were being sent here instead of to her house. I called their customer service # and was on hold for 23 minutes and then they HUNG UP instead of answering. I was livid. There was no place to cancel the order. I had to stop payment because I could not cancel. I will NEVER use Teleflora again and I will tell Everyone I know to NOT use them
