Sears delivered a fridge that does not work and will not make good on it. They took my old working fridge and when the new refergierator sounded like it would blow up I asked them to bring me back my old one the VERY SAME DAY. They located it and agreed to devliery it back the next morning. The truckers came but did not have my fridge. They sent a repairman who said the fan notor replacement would fix ALL the problems but it was installed and did not. They sent another repairman who said it was electrical and it would not be repaired with one service, it would likely take many tries and may never be right and it should be replaced. He called that in and gave me the phone, they swithced me to the store manager (TIM in Rockaway) and he asked when a good delviery date was, we agreed on two days. The next day I got a call from Maureent in customer service and she said they would not delivery a new one. I asked why they didn't fix it and she said because I declined service and asked for a new one. That was not true. I need my old fridge back or a repalcement for the new one.
