Will Not Return Calls or Emails

I ordered a swimsuit that arrived, and fit far too small. The sizing chart and the model pictured were deceiving as the suggested sizes were too small. I attempted to contact them the day after I received my item, first thing in the morning to inform them I need to exchange the unworn, undamaged item for a larger size. I then noticed the item also had a defect, and a plastic strip along the top holding the 'bra' of the bathing suit was poking out. For a week I have tried to get a hold of them, via email and telephone, to no avail.
