I ordered a swimsuit from Pinup Couture via the internet. I received the suit, but it was too big. I contacted Sandra at Pinup Couture, who told me to send the suit back for a smaller size (small). She assured me I'd receive my replacement 3-5 days after they got the one I was exchanging back (the medium).
I sent it back & waited & waited. Days went by, so I called them.
Their voicemail kept answering. I left a couple messages. They never returned my calls. I emailed, but they ignored those, too. I went to their site & filled out a "ticket" which is a way for them to be able to contact you and see what the issue is that you're contacting them about.
They again, failed to contact me.
Finally, after a couple weeks, I filed a dispute with Pay-Pal. They did not reply to that. After a few days, I escalated my dispute to a complaint.
Still nothing.
