I won a Kindle on February 19th on this penny auction site. Shipping / delivery times stated that it would take 5-10 days before I received my item which suggested I should have my item no later then Feb 29th.By Feb 31st I still had not received the item or any further correspondence from Funtual so I tried contact them through the contact page on their site also on Feb 31st. After 24 hours and still no reply, I sent a second email which also went unanswered.in addition I tried he live support option several times and "Todd" always says he is offline, day or night. After 5 emails to support and no reply I did receive my item on March 6th. I must say I was excited that the item even arrived at all but my excitement was quickly changed back to dissapointment when I found out that the item was not "new" as they claimed.in fact it appeared to be a "store return". The owners manual was missing, the power cables were just wrapped around each other, the plastic screen protector layer was missing and there were several small scratches marks on the screen as well as big thumb print.
