Mistreated and ripped off No Refund for return

I ordered some bathing suits from Carabella around April 24. They said it would take about 7-10 business days to reach me. However, I did not receive the items until the 3 week in May. Everything fit fine except for one bathing suit that was the wrong size. So I returned it in exchange for a refund. I mailed (May 21) the bathing suit off as soon as I could because they have this 30 day policy from the time the order is PLACED to return an item for a full refund. The consumer has to pay for the postage, insurance to send this company back a returned item. I made sure the packaged was signed so I could have proof of the its arrival.

They said the package did not get to them on time and will not refund me money. If that was the case then they should have sent me some kind of letter or notice. This is wrong and bad business practice to treat a customer this way. Here is it Sept. And after calling twice I found out the second time I called that they will not refund the returned item.

Advice, for any-one who is looking to buy from this company, "it is not worth it". Especially if something doesn't fit and they make you pay shipping and handling.
