I ordered dresses for my granddaughters from mygirldress.com. I used their sizing chart which I was assured was accurate. I made the measurements as instructed and ordered the size their chart said was correct. When I received them the dresses were too small. After contacting My Girl Dress they said I could return them but I had to pay the shipping. I chose the size per THEIR chart which was not accurate.
I found a size chart from another store for the SAME dress which showed the correct sizes for the actual measurements I took so I ordered the dresses from that store. These were the exact same dresses I had ordered from My Girl Dress and they fit perfectly, just more evidence how wrong My Girl Dress sizing chart is.
I find it hard to believe any business can send the wrong, faulty, incorrect size etc and put the responsibility on their customers to absorb the cost to cover their mistakes and incompetence.
