I recently bought a bonded leather sofa from the Brick in Sarnia, Ontario. My husband & I were told by our sales associate that our delivery will arrive at our home the following Wednesday between 9am & 5pm.By 3pm on the Wednesday of my delivery I decided to call the Sarnia Brick store to get an update. It was only then that I was informed that the sofa I was expecting was not in stock or even available at the Toronto warehouse & I would be waiting an undetermined amount of time for my purchase! Wow! Extremely disappointed! Horrible communication within the Sarnia Brick store! Not only did the sales associate fail to mention something as important as an accurate delivery time or that our purchase could take weeks to come in but the woman on the phone basically told me she was not going to do anything for me, & when I asked to speak with the manager... He has conveniently left on vacation! This female WOULD NOT let me speak with anyone higher up & acted as if she could have cared less. Poor customer service representation! Very disappointed! I will never recommend the Brick to anyone!
