So i go to the Brick in St Catherine's sales guy was great took the time with us. Ended up buying a very expensive leather sectional and a stand up freezer. Sales guy said because it is a newer piece 1 week to 2 weeks max for delivery. I called yesterday to confirm it was in talked to delivery department and the sales guy they said everything in except on piece and it would be in later this week. I have bought a lot of appliances and furniture over the years from the Brick. I had a REALLY bad experience in the Hamilton store so now I only deal with the Burlington store and generally they are pretty good. We have been looking for weeks for a new sectional and on the way back from Fort Erie stopped into the St Catherine's Brick store. So after all of the confirmation I have someone take away my current living room set also bought at the brick only lasted 5 years 3 months because we put the cleaner on it we were told to and that came with the couch and it destroyed the bonded leather cushions was fine until we applied this stuff of course was told not covered under the blanket warranty. So living room set gone last night now all i have in the living room is well nothing to sit on. This morning get a call from the brick telling me the last piece is now going to take a month. I am ready to loose my mind.
