The Brick - rude customer service and delivery and really bad product quality

I had bought sofa in the begining of November. Upon delivery I found that the product was demaged. I called customer service and they said they will replace it with another one. Few weeks later they deliver "new" sofa. Again damaged more than the first one. Called again customer service representative and she was really rude. I was so upset I went to the store immediately and spoke to one of the managers. I was told that he personally will check 3rd one and he will deliver it. Few more weeks later, in the begining of January I called again to see about delivery (those guys are so rude) and was told that I can come and check before delivery. Manager that promise to check and delivery couldn't be found. So again I drove to the store and again sofa was damaged. At this point I just wanted my money back. I was told that the brick does not give money back but in my case (like they are doing me a favour) they will do, except for delivery charges ($75). I accepted because I had so much stress and headache I just wanted to finish my business with the brick. At the end I just want to say bad service, bad delivery and bad quality. I will never again shop from the brick.
