I paid Cable Vision for service cable and web service, I paid on 11/04/04. They were to show up on 11/6/04 for installation. No one showed, they call 3 hrs after due time to say they were not coming. They made another date for 11/09/04 at 4:00 pm., well they came at 2:00 pm when no one was home. They made another appointment for 11/10/04 guess what? (no show). Now I cancel. I want my money back. They tell me 4 to 6 weeks, I ask why? Just credit the money back to my account. That's not there procedure.
I call every week and I am told something different each time. Your right Ms. Nelson, we will get you your money in 10 to 12 days. Guess what (no money). It has been 2 months, now I am told I must prove to them that I paid them. I must now send them my bank statement so they can see the charge. Once they receive this, they will process this and I may get my money in 4 to 6 weeks. Now we up to 4 months and I have no service and no money and I must prove my payment. I feel ripped off and I angry. I get no satisfaction from Cable Vision and I at my wits end. Help...
