I called cable vision of Westchester an asked them to reduce my bill, and the costumer service rep told me if i expected them to give me the cable box free for ever, i told him he was been rude for saying that i am a costumer all i want to know is my option he told me if that's the way i feel he is sorry. On October 24. I call to make a payment of $360.00 by doing this the customer rep Gina was very rude to me so i asked her please let me speak with some one else she told me i need to hang up the phone and call back because she will not transferred me to another department she was very rude and nasty to me, more than once cable-vision costumer service rep has bee rude to me, Miss Scheffield manger i spoke to her she told me she will take care of it, this is not the first time or the last so please help me?
