I called Walmart customer service, Walmart.com customer service, the office of the CEO, the local store manager, and one of his associates. I was told "I can't help you" and "our systems are down. Call back later. It won't inconvenience us." Inconvenience you? It inconvenienced me. The most I was offered was $15 off an online order I couldn't make - no thanks.
