Ordered some shirts on walmart.com... I realized that I could get the shirts cheaper if I just purchased them in the store... I cancelled the items within 5 minutes after ordering them... The site did allow me to cancel my order... Well to make a long story short... They only canceled part of my order... And shipped the rest... I still had to pay for all the shipping costs even when I took them back to walmart and told them what happened... Another thing that really sucks is that I called customer service right after I cancelled the order to make sure it was cancelled and the customer service rep. Assured me that all was cancelled... The stupid person at walmart gave me a cash refund instead of crediting my credit card that I handed to her in the beginning of the transaction... Gosh... I feel like walmart just wants to make as much money as possible and does not care about the customer...
