MyDietPatches.com ripoff, lied, told me to file a dispute with my bank knowing that it was too late

I was sent an email and a free sample. I deceided to try them because the paperwork said that I could send them back without any problems and get a full refund.

So, I too was stupid...

I'm stuck trying to get my $159.95 back. I'm dealing with my bank but they said that after 60 days the only help they could give was to file a dispute paper.

I feel that this company and I use that term loosely. Should be made to pay anyone that they committed fraud against..
