I have a contract with this company. It could be cancelled within 30 days of signing. I tried to cancel after about 25 days and was told that a dispute had been filed by American Express and because of that the refund would be delayed. I didn't file a dispute with Amex. They lied!!! After that phone conversation I called Amex and they told me that they had not filed a dispute. After that though I did file have Amex file a dispute. They contacted the company that same day, however it can still take 6-8 weeks to resolve. All the paperwork from this company states that I have the right to cancel within 30 days and that all monies would be refunded.
