I paid $3.95 for shipping of product using my debit card, then was charged $69.95 in less than a month for same product. I called company and was told to to send product back to receive full refund. I did and was never reimbursed. I was then told to dispute it with my bank and to file an affidavit. The bank said it was too late to file. It has to be filed within 60 days. They advised me to file a police report which I did, and I now have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau as of Nov. 17. I also called strixaderm on same day and was told that they ' couldn't ' put the money back because of there system. I have a recording of that conversation.
