DON'T ORDER FROM MYCHOICE.co.uk unless you know for sure that the order you place is definitely the appliance that you need! If it turns out to be the wrong item you won't be able to return it, even if it's un-opened and you want to exchange it, if it's been more than a week!
Like many people, we wanted our appliances to be with us in time for the kitchen fitters to fit them so we wanted to order them early enough.
I found this on a page on mychoice.co.uk after they refused to exchange our un-opened brand new built in oven that we ordered from them before our kitchen installation:
*mychoice hopes that you will be delighted with your products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can cancel and return your order up to seven working days from the day of delivery.
Little did we know at the time that mychoice.co.uk won't allow you to return the wrongly ordered product, even if it is brand new and wrapped, if it is longer than a week since delivery!!! We ordered a Hotpoint Built In Double Oven Black, and we needed a Hotpoint Built Under Double Oven Black.
When we contacted customer service, they were anything but helpful and said we could not exchange it for a more expensive oven (the right oven) or any oven and to "sell it on ebay". That's a quote!
They then offered to take an order for the oven that we needed through them!
We of course said "no".
When we ordered the right oven from another company, Hotpoint delivered it and could not believe that mychoice.co.uk wouldn't allow the return!
They then said that they had heard similar stories about mychoice.co.uk.
We are stuck with, thanks to mychoice.co.uk an oven that is useless to us and we will be taking a loss by selling it on gumtree or ebay thanks to mychoice.co.uk.
Thanks mychoice.co.uk, my choice was obviously wrong when i came to by a product from you on your site!!!
Crap company! Stay away!
