Assistant Manager Refused Employee Schedule Change for Days Off

I am a customer that see that the assistant managers treat the employees with no respect
I overheard a employee and assistant manager talking about her hours and he told her he will not change her hours and that he will just give her hours to someone else I think that was wrong because all she was asking is for her mandatory days off and he couldn't do that
And she said that someone else used to give her a true mandatory days off so she wouldn't have to call in so please fix the schedule cause don't nobody know what the next person goes through but the person themselves try to fix the problem with that rude assistant manager cause he is just ridiculous
