I purchased a tabeo 7inch tablet two weeks ago for my grand kids it lasted two weeks before the charging port went bad. I was always gentle with it and never let the kids charge it.
I tried returning it to my local toys r us and they said they could not return
it because I no longer had the receipt.
All I was asking was for store credit
I spend a lot of money for gifts there
for the kids. I don't think ill be shopping there any longer due to the terrible customer service.
