If you want to waste a lot of time and money, make a purchase from Toys R Us. It took 4 failed attempts to purchase online and 45 minutes with a sales rep to order one item. The item was purchased with a protection plan. Registering the plan when the item arrived took four customer service reps and 65 minutes on the phone.incompetence does not begin to describe the employees! One after another moron got on the phone. Frustration does not begin to describe my experience. I don't know what's happened to this company, but STAY AWAY. There are lots of places to buy kids' toys. This was the single worst shopping experience I have ever encountered! Period
