Return Policy - TABEO 7 INCH TABLET

I purchased a Tabeo, Toy R Us product, I had seen in their Christmas advertisement. Put it up for a gift. It was defective and when I returned it 1 week after Christmas the return policy had expired! It had expired 3 days before Christmas. Now a child is without her gift for who knows how long while it is returned for repair. The staff was not helpful at all!!! Very disappointed in this company and will not shop there again.
