Rip-off! They have retroactively changed my bill TWICE

I would suggest all Sprint PCS customers to check their invoice, because Sprint PCS has some serious issues with their bills. For last three monthts consecutively it seems that SprintPCS is adamant on making illegal money off of me. Each month I had a complaint with Billing, which was made even more acrid by the rude and offensive behavior of the associate I spoke with. They actually told me to my face that we like to not pay for the service and get it for free, and they raised their voice over me tons of time.

1. They charged me for using their PCS VISION service, though I had had it disconnected the month before. The reason why I had it disconnected is because, the service in itself is worth $20, but they charged $48 for having used it... Apparantly it depends upon the memory space you are using. So I decided to get it disconnected. But they charged me the month after the next month $20 for my VISION service. EXCELLENT!

2. They charged me for using extra minutes, though my daytime minutes were not completely used. BRILLIANT!!!

3. THE BIGGEST BLUNDER: They showed me: in my Oct invoice that I owe them $174.94, and I pay the exact amount.in my Nov invoice that I owe them $110.57 and I pay the exact amount. I have online receipt to show the "AMOUNT DUE" and "AMOUNT PAID"

However, due to their earlier mistakes they originally showed my bill for Nov to be 137.57, which I had to call in and get corrected. So, effectively in my Nov Bill they had given me a credit of $27.

Now my Dec 04 Bill is supposed to be only for $88, but they included the $27 into this month. Their explaination is, "your original bill was $137.57, but you paid us only $110.57". My answer was, on your online invoice YOU ASKED FOR ONLY $110.57 and so I paid it. I have receipt to prove that I paid what was due. But even if I go by their logic, they owed me $27 in the last bill, but they are taking it back in this month's bill. So what happened to my credit? They effectively never gave me the credit they were supposed to give, because they are charging me $27 extra this month.

So, effectively they have retroactively changed my bill TWICE. My new online invoice archive says that my Oct 04 bill is actully $186.17, and my Nov 04 Bill is for $137.57

RETRO CHANGING OF BILLS! Who would have thought about that!? I am for sure not staying with SPRINT PCS once my contract is over. And their service sucks in MA bigtime.
