Sprint PCS Poor Customer Service ripoff

I have been a sprint customer for over ten months ONLY because I had to sign a 2 year contract. First I got a bad phone that either didnt work or burned your face off after talking on it for five minutes. Customer service reps assured me this was normal. Okkkk... Since then my phone has been shut off repeatedly for no apparent reason. Calling Sprint was of no use since half the time they would swear I had service. The last two months I have been cut off every three days or so for payment. I have paid 100 dollars each time to have my service restored (my bill is 49 a month and i rarely use it). Now it is cut off again and it seems my bill has been duplicated from one month to the next. One CSR credited me 120 minutes for my inconvenience. They took those minutes off of my next months bill and charged me fifty dollars for the favor. They claim I owe 355 dollars. Grossly incorrect to say the least. I have been hung up on twice. The third time I was told they cant help me unless i pay my bill.
