Sprint PCS
Trying to rip me off because of a 'mistake' in my service plan Kansas City

Sprint is charging me money for bandwidth when I am using my Sprint PCS phone.in the last month alone that amounts to over $15.00.

I signed up for the Unlimited PCS vision a month ago with a new 1-year contract (with the ESN swap $34.99).

Now my bill says I am not under that plan and I am getting charged for PCS vision by the 0.02 kb or something AND another $5.00 a month web charge or something.

I was under the impression my $30.00/mo unlimited PCS vision plan was just that! For three months I pay $30/mo then it goes to $40/mo. Righ now I am paying $30 a mo plus taxes and then bandwidth... It totals out to about $45 a month.

I cannot get them to fix THEIR MISTAKE... I refuse to pay this $15 because some poorly trained moron set my account up wrong and I just now found out by a $136 invoice that should have been much less.
