I have had a billing issue from the time i signed a contract with sprint my bill has always been way more that my original contract amount. On many occasions i have called and made complaints yet every billing cycle its the same thing my bill is suppose to be o amount and i receive a 300.00 sprint bill when i call to question the bill i get several different story's as to why my bill is 300.00 i have been called a lie
And when i proved the sprint costumer service rep wrong i get no apology just a bill a few dollars higher. Now its come to the point that have recently received a bill with two amount on it on for my most recent contract fee of 129.00 and another amount of 108.00 both are supposedly for the same month? When i enquirer about the bill on rep says the 108.00 should not be there and another rep says i owe this 108.00 i can never get an honest bill for my most recent contract fee of 129.00. Something needs to be done here!!! This is only a small fraction of my issues with sprint!
