Zoosstore canceled my order and I was not notified. - Exercise bike

I called to check on my order and I was told it was canceled—no explanation and no help. Just "go back to website to place the order if you still want the item."
Several unanswered emails and apparent unwillingness to not only research the problem, but didn't care rather I was satisfied or placed order. Jasmine
