I ordered a kitchen set for my daughter on 11/24 through Zoostores. It was supposed to ship on 12/03. I received two emails saying they would have a tracking number soon and not to worry, the product should have shipped. Then I heard nothing for days. I called and got some silly story about a strike at the docks in CA, although my product wouldn't be shipping by boat from Colorado to the East coast. So, I called the manufacturer and discovered they couldn't ship my item because of "accounting issues" with Zoostores/Mercantila. So, I canceled my order (stating exactly why) and ordered directly from the manufacturer. I received another email from Mercantila saying my order "should ship soon", please let them know how I wanted to proceed. So, I canceled the order again! After over a month of sporadic emails and promises when I would call, I finally got my refund, after "threatening" to contact the BBB, which strangely still gives them a good rating, even with 185 complaints, just in the last 12 months! I'll do my research next time, but have never had such a poor experience in my life with online shopping. Please shop elsewhere! Ee
