I was told it would ship on or before (via phone ordering) Dec. 26th.
Credit card charged $541.82 on 12/14 with reference # 2435178AWFJAKTNHQ.
Made order through zoostores.com then from mercantila.
Rec'd 2 e-mails saying they were still trying to get my tracking number. I went on my "order status" page, put in order # and a fed ex tracking # came up - it says shipment has been initiated, but not shipped!
I want to cancel my order, do not ship item, and i want a full refund, please!
