Same issues as everyone on this site. Oliver from the customer service was quick to call, assure me that the movers would come during the week of 11/7-11/12 and deliver in 3-5 days.
He scheduled the pickup date incorrectly on 11/8 and to his credit had the movers come pick up my stuff from a tiny company named Pony X-Press. These guys were several hours late. Packed up my stuff and started adding all sorts of B*S*&^ charges.
On 11/15 I called Patriot about the move. Oliver informed me that the delivery would be on 11/22-11/23! Almost 2 weeks after the initial move!
I spoke to Lou at Patriot Moving and he re-iterated Oliver's date and told me basically to deal with it.
On 11/22 I email Lou who told me that the movers were planning to deliver my goods on 11/22-11/23. It is now 11/24 and no delivery has been made.
To his credit, Lou from Patriot has been emailing me on the targeted delivery dates. I just received an email from him that Pony X-Press will be another 3-4 days. Beware of these guys!
